Overview
Our Refunds and Returns is 100% refundable before the final payment date which is 90 days before the departure date. After the final payment date, it’s on a case by case basis. As Cruisehammer is responsible for booking special guests and their supplies there are certain amounts of ticket pricing that will already have been committed after the final payment date and will not be refundable. How much is unknown at this time.
