On the first day, we are going to schedule a meet up prior to dinner more information will be forthcoming long before the final payment date.

Heather our non-gamer coordinator will be helping coordinate non-gamers, she’ll be making the rounds on the first dinner to get to know all of you and see if there are things the non-gamers want to do during the days when the gamers are playing in events.
The western Caribbean route we are taking will have 3 out of the 7 days which are spent travelling at sea between ports, we call these Sea Day. Tournaments take place on Sea Day which allows for you to get out while we’re in port to check out the cool locations we are visiting and to spend some quality time with whomever you have brought with you.

DAY 1 (leaving port):
- 7:00pm Meet and Greet at the Conference Center (use ship directory to find)
- We will use this to explain some things for 1st time cruisers
- 7:45pm Dinner
- 10:00pm onwards – Open Gaming/Board Gaming
DAY 2 (1st cruise day) Warhammer 40k Open up to 32 players:

- 9:00am – 12:00pm Game 1
- 12:00pm – 12:45pm Lunch
- 12:45pm – 3:45pm Game 2
- 4:00pm – 7:00pm Game 3
- 7:45pm Dinner
- 10:00pm onwards – Open Gaming (any games)
- All day open gaming for all those not participating in 40k (based upon availability of tables)
DAY 3 (2nd Cruise Day) If there are less than 32 players we’ll do a 1 day pairs tournament here, gather your team or be paired randomly, 1000pts per player, otherwise half the players will be heat 1 above other half heat 2 below:

DAY 4 (Roatan, Honduras) All Systems:
- 8:00am – 5:00pm Docked – Go enjoy Roatan!
- 5:00pm – 7:45pm (after leaving) Open gaming

- 10:00pm onwards – Open gaming (any games)
DAY 5 (Puerto Costa Maya, Mexico):
- 8:00am – 5:00pm Docked – Go enjoy Peurto Costa Maya!
- 8:00am – 7:30pm – Open gaming! (any games)

DAY 6 (Cozumel, Mexico):
